  4. Prepare 8 oz of Chopped Peppers

  6. You need 1 envelope of Mrs Dash(R) no sodium Chili Seasoning
  7. You need 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar (optional or to taste)
Step to make Easy Crock Pot Low Sodium Chili:
  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add salsa, pepper, onion and seasoning package to crock pot.
  3. Start crock pot on high and after half hour add ground beef.
  4. After first hour switch crock pot to low and add brown sugar.
  5. Cook at least 4 hour
