The Ingredients needed to make Sweet Potato Protien Balls:
  1. You need 1 medium of sweet potato
  2. You need 1/4 cup of protien powder
  3. It’s 1 cup of rice crispy cereal
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of olive oil or cooking spray

Step to make Sweet Potato Protien Balls:
  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. microwave sweet potato until almost done, but not mushy. let cool and remove skin.
  3. mash up potato with a fork and incorporate protien powder ( I used chocolate, but vanilla would be good too).
  4. pour out half the cereal onto a plate and spread out. pour other half cup of cereal into potato mixture and stir gently.
  5. greese baking sheet with the oil.
  6. make six balls and roll in the cereal on plate until covered. place on baking sheet and cook for about 10 minute let cool slightly before eating

Im not gonna lie, these protein powder balls are absolutely amazing!! Even my Husband Mike loves them and they did not last long around around our place. Make these protein-filled snack balls for a tasty after-school snack during and after back-to-school season. I use almond butter and semi-sweet chocolate chip I only put in a couple tablespoons of honey.
