The Ingredients need to make Japanese Nama Chocolate:
  1. You need 223 g of Heavy Whipping Cream,
  2. Prepare of Unsalted Butter, 17g + More For Greasing
  3. Prepare of Dark Chocolate At Least 70% Preferable Valrhona or Callebaut, 315g
  4. Prepare Pinch of Sea Salt,
  5. Prepare of Raw Cacao Powder Preferably Natures Superfoods, For Dusting
  6. It’s of Edible Gold Dust, For Dusting
Step to make Japanese Nama Chocolate:
  1. Grease cake pan with butter.

Line parchment on the bottom as well as the sides overhanging if you are doing it traditionally.

In a sauce pot over medium heat, add cream and butter.

Stir to combine well and until the butter has melted.
