The Ingredients need to make Indian Semolina Pudding:
  1. You need 1 bowl of semolina
  2. You need 1/2 bowl of sugar
  3. It’s 2 bowls of water
  4. Prepare 2 tbspn of pure ghee
  5. Prepare 4 of Green cardamoms
  6. You need 8-10 of cashew nuts
  7. Prepare 8-10 of almonds
  8. It’s 2 tbsp. of magaj
  9. You need 2 Tbsp of desiccated coconut powder
  10. You need 8-10 of raisins
  11. It’s 6 of dry cherries
  12. Prepare 8-10 of pistachios
Step to make Indian Semolina Pudding:
  1. Heat pure ghee in a karahi and put semolina and roast till it turn aromatic.
  2. Add sugar, green cardamoms and water in a pan and boil till sugar dissolves completely. Then switch off the flame.
  3. Now add all dry fruits in semolina and mix well. Keep a few almonds and cashew nuts for garnishing. Add sugary water in it while stirring continuously.
  4. Cook till all water is absorbed and it becomes thick.
  5. Serve hot garnished with chopped almonds and cashew nut
