The Ingredients needed to make Healthy Banana Smoothie:
  1. Prepare 1 of banana
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Low-fat or fat-free yoghurt (Greek or French vanilla are my favourites)
  3. It’s 1/2 cup of Low-fat or skim milk
  4. You need 1 tsp of honey (or more)
Step to make Healthy Banana Smoothie:
  1. Cut up banana and place in blender (or jug if using a hand blender)
  2. Add honey, yoghurt and milk
  3. Blend on medium speed or until smooth
  4. Serve with icecream or fruit and enjoy!
