1. Microwave 5 minutes do not over cook. Stop at firm and crunchy. Cool and slice into 1/4 slices

3. Put potatoes in broiler/ toaster oven. Salt and pepper. Put queso pieces on potatoe Broil for 15 minutes until queso starts to brown. Eat and enjoy. Kids love it!
