The Ingredients need to make Not-exactly-gochujang Salmon:
  1. You need 1/3 of rd of a whole salmon
  2. It’s 2 tbsp of sriracha
  3. It’s 1.5 tbsp of honey
  4. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  5. You need 1 of garlic clove; minced
  6. Prepare .5 tbsp of vinegar +.5 tbsp water
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of sesame oil
  8. Prepare of Salt peppa
Step to make Not-exactly-gochujang Salmon:
  1. Preheat your oven to 425F. Pat dry your salmon. Season w salt pepper and cover with another piece of foil. Bake for 10min Set aside.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add a tbsp of oil. Then the rest of the ingredient Mix constantly until nice bubbly.
  3. Uncover your salmon. Coat with the sriracha mixture. Bake again for another 8-10min Heck, go ahead and broil for 1 min if you fancy.
  4. Feel free to top with green onions and/or sesame seed Serve w a side of rice + veggie Enjoy! (Could’ve made this w gochujang tho)
