  2. Prepare 1 of parsnip (diced)
  3. Prepare 1 of leek (diced)
  4. You need 1 of onion (diced)
  5. Prepare 7 of potatos (cubed)
  6. It’s 3 of off cut steaks (diced)
  7. It’s of Beef Gravy Granules
  8. Prepare of Red wine
  9. You need of Mixed herbs
  10. It’s of Marmite
  11. Prepare of Salt
  12. Prepare of Pepper
  13. You need 1 of beef oxo cube
Step to make Hearty Beef in the Slow Cooker:
  1. Firstly, cut steaks into chunks
  2. Next, chop all of the vegetables into chunks ready for the slow cooker. Once chopped add steak and veg into slow cooker.
  3. Lastly, mix the oxo, splash of wine, gravy granules, saltpepper, mixed herbs, marmite and boiling Stir and pour onto the vegetables and steak.
  4. Pop the lid of your slow cooker on, set to LOW. Leave until ready to eat. I would recommend 6 hours on LOW or if in a rush 3 hours on HIGH
