The Ingredients needed to make Crockpot Southwest Chicken πŸ”:
  1. Prepare 1 pack of chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  2. You need 10 cloves of garlic, minced
  3. It’s 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  4. You need 1 tablespoon of oregano leaves
  5. You need 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  7. You need 1 can (15.5 ounce) of black beans, undrained
  8. It’s 1 cup of frozen corn
  9. It’s 1 jar (24 ounce) of salsa (your favorite!)
  10. Prepare 1 can (14.5 ounce) of low sodium chicken broth
  11. It’s of Cooked yellow rice
Step to make Crockpot Southwest Chicken πŸ”:
  1. Rinse and pat dry your chicken thigh…..
  2. Place thighs into your crockpot……
  3. Add to crockpot garlic, black pepper, oregano,parsley flakes, cumin, black beans, corn, salsa and chicken broth, stir slightly…….
