The Ingredients need to make Japanese Curry (sweet):
  1. You need of Curry Paste
  2. Prepare 3 Tbsp of butter
  3. You need 3 Tbsp of all purpose flour
  4. Prepare 1 Tbsp of garam masala
  5. You need 1 Tbsp of curry powder
  6. It’s 1 Tbsp of honey
  7. You need 3 Tbsp of Apple sauce
  8. You need 1 Tbsp of cayenne pepper
  9. It’s 1 Tbsp of soy sauce
  10. You need 1 Tbsp of ketchup
  11. It’s of Stew
  12. Prepare 3 of Medium Carrots
  13. You need 2 of Small onions
  14. It’s 3 of Small sweet or regular potato
  15. You need 2 of cut up chicken breasts
  16. Prepare 2 Cup of water
Step to make Japanese Curry (sweet):
  1. Make a roux in a sauce pan by mixing flour and butter. Stir constantly until golden.
  2. On low heat add garam masala, curry powder and cayenne pepper. Stir well.
  3. Add Apple sauce and honey. This should form a paste almost like gingerbread dough.
  4. The smell is fragrant! Start cutting your vegetables and chicken. Add to a large pot with 2 cups of water
  5. Stew for 20 minute Then add all of your curry paste. Mix until dissolved. Cover and simmer for 25 minute
  6. By this time your stew should be thick and vegetables cooked. If not, keep simmering.
  7. Traditionally Japanese curry is served with rice. Enjoy this recipe!
