The Ingredients need to make Easy Vegan Cornbread:
  1. Prepare 160 g of flour
  2. It’s 160 g of yellow cornmeal
  3. You need 1 tsp of salt
  4. It’s of (To taste) black pepper
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder
  6. Prepare 75 g of oil (I used 50g olive oil and 25g sunflower oil)
  7. It’s 400 ml of soy milk
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice
Step to make Easy Vegan Cornbread:
  1. Combine milk and lemon in a mug. Let sit for 5-10 min until it curdles and becomes buttermilk.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk dry ingredients (flour, cornmeal, salt, pepper, baking powder).
  3. Pour in wet ingredients (vegan buttermilk and soy milk). Whisk until combined.
  4. Bake for 20-25 min in a 180°C/350°F oven. Enjoy )
