The Ingredients needed to make Chinese Platter:
- It’s of For Chinese Bhel
- You need 2 of pkt of Chings Hakka noodles
- Prepare of Oil for frying
- You need 1 cup of shredded cabbage
- You need 1 of medium carrot julienne
- It’s 1 of medium green capsicum julienne
- Prepare 1 of onion julienne
- You need of Hot Sweet Tomato Chilli sauce
- You need of For Schezwan Manchurian balls
- You need 1 cup of grated cabbage
- Prepare 1 of medium carrot peel and grated
- You need 1/2 cup of finely chopped green capsicum
- Prepare 1 of medium onion finely chopped
- Prepare 1 cup of maida
- Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour
- It’s 1/2 tsp of ginger paste
- You need 2 tsp of schezwan chilli garlic sauce
- It’s to taste of Salt
- You need of Oil for frying
- It’s of For Schezwan Fried Rice
- You need 1 cup of rice
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil
- You need 1/2 cup of finely chopped green capsicum
- Prepare 1 of medium carrot peeled and chopped
- Prepare 1 of medium onion finely chopped
- It’s 2 tbsp of schezwan fried rice masala
- Prepare to taste of Salt

We went to China Platter because it was close to our hotel and we just wanted wonton

Step to make Chinese Platter:
- For Chinese Bhel Boil Hakka noodles as per instruction given on pkt. Strain and dry on kitchen towel. Deep fry in small batches hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden. Store in Airtight container. (You can use ready available fried noodles for Chinese Bhel). Chop all veggies as mentioned in ingredients column. Keep aside.
- To prepare Chinese Bhel(At the time of serving) In mixing bowl add fistful of chopped veggies,on it pour 2 tbsp of hot and sweet tomato chilli sauce. Mix well. Add 2-3 fistful of fried noodle Mix well and serve.
- To prepare Schezwan Manchurian balls In mixing bowl add all mentioned grated veggies for it. Add ginger paste, schezwan chilli garlic sauce,salt. Add maida and corn Mix well. (If needed add 1-2 tbsp water).
- Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.
- To prepare Schezwan Fried Rice Boil rice beforehand. Chopped all veggies mentioned for it. In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped veggies and salt. Saute till veggies are tender. Add boiled rice. Mix well. Add schezwan fried rice masala,mix well and serve hot.
- Serve/ Relish Delicious Chinese Platter.
Once inside it is ornately decorated in old style Chinese.
Our want of just soup disappeared once we saw some.
