  5. To prepare Schezwan Fried Rice Boil rice beforehand. Chopped all veggies mentioned for it. In kadhai add heat oil. Add chopped veggies and salt. Saute till veggies are tender. Add boiled rice. Mix well. Add schezwan fried rice masala,mix well and serve hot.
  6. Serve/ Relish Delicious Chinese Platter.
