The Ingredients need to make #Indian style Chinese fried rice:
- You need 3 cups of Rice
- Prepare 1 cup of Soya nuggets (bori)
- Prepare 200 grm of Carrot- beans
- It’s 1 large of Capsicum cut in to pieces
- Prepare to taste of Green chilli chopped
- You need 8 cloves of Garlic crushed
- Prepare 1 tsp of Soya sauce
- It’s 2 tsp of Tomato sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp of Vinegar
- You need to taste of Salt
- Prepare to taste of Black pepper powder
- Prepare as needed of Oil
Step to make #Indian style Chinese fried rice:
- First boil rice 3/4 done strain it keep aside
- Boil soya nuggets (bori) remove water keep aside
- Now add oil in the pan add crushed garlic,add beans and next add carrot
- Next add boiled soya nuggets (bori) keep stir
- Add Green chilli,add capsicum
- Keep stir now add boiled rice stirring continuously,add soy sauce
- Add tomato sauce add vinegar,mix well in low flame
- When done add to the plate,add boiled egg spread egg masala
- Tasty healthy rice is ready
