  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of sesame oil

Know what type of rice to use. Chang starts with long-grain jasmine rice. It can be any kind of rice, but I prefer jasmine because its what I grew.   5. Mix salt and Finally add the boiled rice. Mix well and stir nicely for a minute. Turn off the ga Now saute for 30 second Ready to serve.
  6. CHINESE FRIED RICE, take out in serving plate and garnish with coriander leave
