The Ingredients needed to make Faux Mac and Cheese (low carb):

  3. You need 2 tbsp of cream cheese (broken in small pieces)
  4. You need 2 tsp of spicy mustard
  5. You need 1 of A few drops of hot sauce
  6. It’s 1/2 cup of Sharp cheddar cheese
  7. Prepare 1 of salt and pepper to taste
Step to make Faux Mac and Cheese (low carb):
  1. In a microwave safe dish add cream, cream cheese, mustard and hot sauce. (No need to stir)
  2. Top with small florets of cauliflower.
  3. Sprinkle sharp cheddar cheese on cauliflower.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Cook on high for about 2 minute Then in 30 second intervals until tender.
  6. Stir all together and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
