The Ingredients need to make Cervys Mac and Cheese:

1. You need 1 lb of Velveta
2. Prepare 2 cup of shredded mozzarella
3. Prepare 2 cup of shredded monterey jack
4. You need 2 1/2 cup of milk or cream
5. Prepare 1 1/2 lb of macaroni
6. You need 1/2 of onion
7. It’s 1 can of green chilies
8. Prepare 1 lb of bacon

Step to make Cervys Mac and Cheese:

1. Bake bacon at 350° for 20 minute Chop when cool.
2. Saute diced onions and green chilies until onions are translucent.
3. Combine milk or cream in separate pan with cubed velveta melt on medium low heat. Stir frequently. When almost melted add 1 cup of mozzarella and 1cup monterey jack. Stir frequently.
4. Cook macaroni until aldente.
5. Add onions, green chilies, and bacon to the cheese sauce when cheese is melted.
6. Combine all ingredients into large baking dish. Top with remaining shredded cheese and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until cheese has browned.
7. Let stand for 5-10 minute
