The Ingredients need to make Japanese Potato Salada:
- Prepare 3 pieces of Potato
- Prepare 1/4 pieces of Carrot
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Frozen Corn
- You need 1/4 pieces of Onion (if you like it)
- Prepare 1/3 pieces of Japanese Cucumber
- Prepare 2 sheets of Ham
- You need 5 tbsp of Japanese Mayonnaise
Step to make Japanese Potato Salada:
- Cut the carrot into small bite size. Boil the carrot and frozen corn. Cut the Ham into small bite size.
- Slice the onion. Leave in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the (If your kids do not like raw onion, its better to boil it.)
- Peel the cucumber in alternating strip and cut into small chunk Leave in salt water (200ml of water to 1tsp of salt) for 5 minute When tender, remove and squeeze out the
- Wash the Potatoes well and remove any eye Wrap them in plastic wrap and use Microwave for 7 - 8 minute (If Potatoes still hard, use Microwave for a bit longer.) Stab the bamboo skewer and goes through easily, the potatoes are done.
- Peel the Potatoes skill off. Mash the Potatoe If you do not have a masher, mash on the back of the fork.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add the Mayonnaise.
