- It’s of Large Apples, peeled and cubed
- You need of Pineapple Juice
- It’s of + 1 tsp Truvia
- Prepare of Molasses (Maple syrup or honey would work too)
- You need of Cinnamon
- You need of Nutmeg
- You need of Crisp Layer
- It’s of Gluten Free Oatmeal
- You need of Rice or Oat Flour
- You need of + 3 tsp Truvia
- It’s of Cinnamon
- You need of Molasses
- Prepare of Salt
- It’s of Coconut Oil
Step to make Apple Crisp - Gluten Dairy Free, Lower Sugar:
- Preheat oven to 350°, place rack in center slot
- Peel and cube apple Add pineapple juice, Truvia, Molasses, Cinnamon, Nutmeg. Stir to incorporate, set aside.
- In separate bowl, add crisp layer ingredient Use hands to work coconut oil into oatmeal mixture till mixed and crumbly.
- Add apple layer to oiled/sprayed dutch oven.
