The Ingredients need to make Simple Dinner:
- You need 1/4 of cabbage
- It’s 1/4 kg of meat
- It’s 2 of onions
- It’s 2 of tomatoes
- Prepare of Dhania
- You need 1 of hoho
- It’s 2 tsp of cooking oil
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt
Step to make Simple Dinner:
- Steam the raw meat in water for about 15min to soften the meat.
- Slice 1 onion and 1/2 of the pilipili hoho into small pieces and add on top of the steamed meat.Let it cook for about 5
- Chop some of the dhania into small pieces and add on top of fried meat.Add a pinch of salt and let it cook for 1
- Cut the remaining onion in a different cooking dish and add cooking oil to it.Let it cook till the onions are golden brown
- Add the sliced tomatoes and the remaining hoho and cook for 2min
- Add the sliced cabbage to the mixture and mix.Add salt to taste and let the mixture cook for 5min
- Add the remaining sliced dhania to the mixture and let it cook for 1
- Food is ready to eatšServe while hot with a piece of ugališ then later a cup of mango juice
