The Ingredients needed to make Chile Mac and Cheese:
  1. Prepare of Elbow Macaroni
  2. You need of Colby Jack Cheese
  3. It’s of Milk
  4. Prepare of Flour
  5. It’s of Salt
  6. You need of Pepper
  7. You need of Hatch Chilis (Roasted, Peeled, and Seeded)
  8. You need of Onion Powder
  9. It’s of Garlic Powder
  10. You need 1 Stick of Salted Butter
Step to make Chile Mac and Cheese:
  1. Boil elbows until al dente
  2. Put flour and butter in a pot and cook into a blonde roux
  3. Add milk and cheese to roux add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder
  4. Then whisk until béchamel consistently and add chillies simmer on low for 5 min
  5. Toss elbows in the cheese sauce then transfer into rectangular baking pan
  6. Top with shredded Colby jack and seasoned Panko breadcrumb
  7. Bake 375 degrees for 20 min until golden brown
  8. Let cool a few minutes before serving and Enjoy
