The Ingredients need to make Crusty Baked Mac and cheese:
  1. It’s 2 Cups of Macaroni/Pasta
  2. You need 2.5 of Cups/2 Bags Shredded Cheese
  3. It’s 1 Cup of Milk
  4. Prepare 1 Cup of Whipping Cream
  5. Prepare of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  6. It’s 5 Tablespoons of Butter (3 for Roux and 2 for Top Layer)
  7. You need 1/6 Cups of Flour
  8. You need of Salt Pepper
  9. You need of Paprika (Optional)
  10. You need of Preheated Oven 180°C
  11. It’s 1 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
  12. It’s 1/2 of White Onion, Diced
Step to make Crusty Baked Mac and cheese:
  1. Salt water and boil pasta for about 8 minute Drain water using a coriander.
  2. Drizzle pasta in olive oil and mix. Lay Pasta in dish. Mix with Onion and whatever meat used.
  3. To make Roux On low heat, add 1/6 cups flour and 3 tbsp butter into saucepan. Melt and mix together
  4. Gradually stir in milk and whipping cream, bit by bit. Then add in salt and pepper.
  5. Pour in shredded cheese bit by bit. Stir slowly until cheese has fully melted. Then pour cheese sauce over macaroni.
  6. In a pan, melt 3 tbsp butter. Then mix with panko breadcrumb Sprinkle mixture over macaroni to form a top layer.
  7. Heat in oven for about 30 minutes (or longer if desired) then serve.
