Its an indo chinese recipe popular in Indian Pakistani restaurants, and bears little resemblance to Manchu or Chinese cuisine. The secret to a flavorful Chicken Manchurian is the use of chicken stock. Marinated boneless chicken is deep fried and the golden balls are tossed with a cornflour based ginger-garlic concoction and garnished with a generous amount of spring onion green

The Ingredients needed to make Indo- Chinese Chicken Manchurian:
  1. It’s 1 kg of whole chicken
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of pepper
  3. It’s of salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of cornflour
  5. You need 2 tsps of ginger garlic paste
  6. It’s as required of water
  7. It’s 2 tsps of soya sauce
  8. You need 1 of egg
  9. Prepare pinch of baking powder a
  10. It’s 2 tsps of soya sauce
  11. It’s 2 tsps of chilli garlic sauce
  12. It’s 1 tsps of ajinimoto
  13. You need 1 tsp of sugar
  14. You need 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  15. Prepare 3 of capsicum medium sized ,
  16. You need 2 of onions
  17. It’s 1 cup of tomato puree
  18. Prepare 3 of green chillies slitted ,
  19. Prepare 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
  20. It’s as required of salt
  21. You need 1 tsp of pepper
  22. Prepare 2 cups of chicken stock
  23. You need 2 tsps of cornflour

It is very delicious loved by all at my home. After a couple of trials, I It makes a best combo with fried rice. Also it can be served as main course dish or snack Try this tasty , all time favorite Indo - Chinese dish enjoy.

Step to make Indo- Chinese Chicken Manchurian:
  1. Make a batter of egg, cornflour, baking powder, salt, pepper, soya sauce and ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to it and keep the mixture for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the marinated chicken pieces till golden brown and keep aside.
  4. Now, heat 2 tsps of oil in a pan and add the ginger garlic paste, chilli and fry till they lightly change colour.
  5. Add the chopped onions and capsicumAdd salt and pepper for taste. Saute till it becomes golden. You can add pasta/pizza sauce for that tangy touch. Add the tomato puree.
  6. Reduce heat and add soya sauce, chicken stock, sugar, salt, pepper, ajinomoto and bring it to boil.
  7. Now add the cornflour mixed in water and cook for 2-3 minute Add the fried chicken and cook for 1-2 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
  8. Serve hot. Tastes best with fried rice.
