The Ingredients needed to make Cajun Seafood 🍤:
- Prepare 2 kl of Shrimp
- You need 2 kl of Squid

- Prepare 13 pieces of onion 🧅
- It’s 10 pieces of garlic 🧄
- It’s 3 tsp of oregano
- Prepare 3 tsp of thyme
- It’s 3-4 tbsp of chili powder
- It’s 7 tbsp of paprika
- Prepare 6 tsp of garlic powder
- Prepare 3 tsp of salt
- Prepare 1 (400 g) of butter salted
- Prepare 3 cups of water
- You need 2 cups of oil for frying the onion and garlic
- You need 3 pieces of corn cut into half
- It’s 10 tsp of Brown sugar
- It’s 3 tsp of white sugar
- Prepare 4 tbsp of soy sauce
Step to make Cajun Seafood 🍤:
- Cut the garlic and onion into small pieces
- Prepare and clean all the seafood. Cut the squid into a ring like and remove the head of the shrimp.
- Prepare all the spices
- Sauté garlic and onion for about 10 minutes until slightly brown and cook don’t forget to mix it always because it will burn down.

- When you mix it altogether let it simmer for 5 minutes and add all the sauce that you separate in the other bowl and mix it altogether until the seafood is covered by the sauce
- Simmer it for 10 minutes more and it will be ready to serve with white rice.
