The Ingredients need to make Prawn Cocktail:

1. Prepare of Prawns
2. You need of Rocket, spinach and watercress salad
3. It’s 2 of vine tomatoes
4. Prepare 1/4 of cucumber
5. Prepare 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
6. Prepare 2 tsp of tomato ketchup
7. Prepare 1 of lemon
8. It’s 1 tsp of tomato puree
9. Prepare 2 slices of bread
10. Prepare of Butter

Step to make Prawn Cocktail:

1. Wash salad, tomatoes and cucumber
2. Place rocket salad in 2 bowls and add chopped tomatoes and cucumber
3. Wash and peel prawns, drain and add to bowls
4. Mix up the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and tomato puree in a bowl
5. Cut lemon in half and juice half of it leaving other half for decoration
6. Add some of the juice to the mayonnaise
7. Spoon mixture over prawns
8. Butter the bread and quarter
9. Serve!
