The Ingredients needed to make Periperi Prawn Pasta:
  1. You need 200 gm of Penne Pasta (uncooked)
  2. You need 100 gm of Prawns
  3. You need 1 of each Green Yellow Bellpepper
  4. Prepare 2-3 of Spring onion
  5. Prepare 1 cup of Pasta sauce
  6. It’s 1 Tbsp of Vinegar
  7. Prepare 2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  8. You need 1 Tsp of Honey
  9. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Periperi seasoning
  10. You need 1/4 Tsp of Salt
  11. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Oil
  12. Prepare of For Prawn
  13. Prepare 1 Tsp of Periperi seasoning
  14. You need 1/4 Tsp of salt
  15. Prepare of Oil to fry
Step to make Periperi Prawn Pasta:
  1. Take prawns washed, peeled deveined in a bowl. Sprinkle peri peri seasoning and salt. Toss the bowl to combine seasoning in prawn Cover and keep for 15 minute
  2. Take 2 Tbsp oil in a pan on medium heat. Put prawns in single layer in pan. Cook for 2 minutes from each side. Remove and take out in a platter.
  3. Chop white part of spring onion and saute in the same pan.if needed add Tbsp of oil. Add pasta sauce, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, honey, salt periperi seasoning in sauce. Let it cook till get little thick.
  4. Boil Penne Pasta according to packet instructions till al dente.
  5. When the pasta is al dente sauce is thickened add julians of green, yellow bellpepper and prawns in sauce. Add pasta from boiling pot directly in pan through a sieve. If some pasta water comes in sauce let it. Mix the pasta sauce well. Top with chop spring onion Serve hot.Enjoy with Cookpad.
