  2. Prepare 1 cup of cream
  3. It’s 1 cup of packed dark brown sugar
  4. You need 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  5. You need 1 dash of cinnamon
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup of water
  7. You need 1 stick of of butter at room temperature
  8. It’s 7 of egg yolks
  9. You need of my stale bread mix
  10. Prepare 4 of day old donuts
  11. You need 4 of day old wheat rolls
  12. You need 4 large of day old cinnamon rolls
Step to make Peggys Bread Pudding:
  1. preheat oven to 375
  2. grease and flour bunt cake pan or 9 by 13 pan
  3. cut up the stale bread into one inch cubes and set aside
  4. in a blender add all of the no fail pudding ingredients and liquify
  5. pour liquid over bread cubes and toss lightly
  6. poor evenly into pan and bake for 35 to 45 minutes
