The Ingredients need to make Cheesecake Yogurt Cake:
- Prepare 100 grams of Pancake mix
- It’s 100 grams of Yogurt (unsweetened)
- It’s 40 grams of White chocolate
- You need 1 of Egg
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
Step to make Cheesecake Yogurt Cake:
- Break up the white chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl. Melt in the microwave.
- Add the egg, yogurt, and pancake mix, and mix thoroughly. Finally, mix in the lemon juice.
- It will become a fluffy batter.
- Line a pound cake pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 30 minute
- I made a 15 cm round cake! Its even more like a cheesecake than if you use a pound cake pan.
- I replaced the lemon juice with apple cider vinegar and it was tart and closer to a cheesecake taste!
