The Ingredients need to make Fluffy Whole Mandarin Orange Cake:
  1. You need 2 small of Mandarin Oranges
  2. Prepare 200 grams of Pancake mix
  3. It’s 100 ml of Water
  4. It’s 3 tbsp of Sugar
  5. You need 30 grams of Butter
  6. You need 1 of Egg
Step to make Fluffy Whole Mandarin Orange Cake:
  1. Peel the oranges and separate into fruit and peel. Dont worry about peeling away the inner membrane Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Wash the peel and chop finely. Remove the pith of the fruit and crush with the back of a spoon or something similar.
  3. Add the water and sugar to a pan along with the orange peel and boil on a low to medium heat.
  4. When the water has evaporated (when youre left with about 1 tablespoon of liquid) stop the heat. Melt the butter with the residual heat and add the orange fruit and a beaten egg. Mix well.

  6. Pour the mixture into a pound cake tin and bake at 180°C for 30 minute Once baked, leave to cool before wrapping in cling film and leaving to chill in the fridge overnight for an even better taste.
