The Ingredients need to make Lemon Cake:

1. Prepare 2 of eggs
2. You need 1/3 cup of sugar
3. You need 2 tbsp of oil
4. Prepare of Juice from 1/2 lemon
5. You need 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
6. It’s of Zest from 1 lemon
7. It’s 1 of pancake mix (250 gr)

Step to make Lemon Cake:

1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Add other ingredients and whisk occasionally, in the order given above. Pour into a well-greased mold. (In my case, I used a silicone mold, so I didnt grease it.)
2. Heat the oven.
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes in 170 Celcius degree
4. Cool for about 20-30 minutes before slicing and serving.
