The Ingredients need to make Prawn Karhai:
- It’s 20 of prawns
- Prepare 4 of green chilli
- It’s 2 tbsp of yogurt
- You need 1 tsp of black peppercorn
- Prepare 3 of lemon
- Prepare 6 of tomatoes
- You need 1 tbsp of garammasala
- It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder
- It’s to taste of Salt
- It’s 1 tsp of cumin seed
- Prepare 1/2 cup of oil
- It’s 1 tsp of chilli flakes
Step to make Prawn Karhai:
- First clean the prawns by water anf fry in a little amount of oil
- Now separate it from oil and keep aside
- Take oil in a pot add grind onion and ginger garlic paste. fry it then add chopped green chilli.cook till onion become translucent.
- Now add chopped onion and cook in medium flame till it become soften.
- Add black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder and salt
- Bhunify all spices till oil appears on top.
- Add fried prawns on it.and cook in low flame
- Add green chillies (jalapinos). cover the lid. cook 5 then dish out
- Our eid dish is ready to ear. serve hot with chapati or plain rice.
