The Ingredients need to make Crockpot Pork Stroganoff:
- You need 2 lb of Pork, cut into bite size pieces or strips
- It’s 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter or Margarine
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Flour
- You need 1/2 lb of Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- It’s 1 medium of Onion, chopped
- It’s 1 envelope of Brown gravy mix
- It’s 1/2 envelope of French onion soup mix
- Prepare 2 clove of Garlic, minced
- You need 1 tsp of Dried dill
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of Water
- You need 1/2 cup of White wine
- You need 1/2 cup of Sour cream
- You need 1 of Salt and pepper to taste
- It’s 1 of Cooked egg noodles or rice
Step to make Crockpot Pork Stroganoff:
- Melt butter and oil in a large pan.
- Dredge your porkchops in the flour, placing them in the pan and saute until just browned.
- Add your porkchops along with the drippings and all the scrapings to the crockpot.
- Add all your other ingredients except for the sourcream into the crockpot.
- Cook on low for eight hours or high for four.
- Add your sour cream and stir well.
- Enjoy over cooked egg noodles, rice or even mashed potatoes!
