The Ingredients need to make Easy Molten Chocolate Cake with Pancake Mix and Chocolate:

1. It’s 100 grams of ◎Pancake mix
2. It’s 2 tbsp of ◎Pure cocoa powder
3. Prepare 1 tbsp of ◎Sugar
4. Prepare 1 of ○Egg
5. Prepare 4 tbsp of ○Milk
6. It’s 15 grams of Melted butter
7. It’s 4 of to 8 squares Chocolate

Step to make Easy Molten Chocolate Cake with Pancake Mix and Chocolate:

1. Melt the butter and preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Combine the ◎ ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk (this is instead of sifting ☆). Next, add the ○ ingredients and mix with a whisk.
3. Add the melted butter and mix with the whisk until glossy.
4. Line the muffin cups with paper cups and fill with half of the batter. Top with chocolate pieces (1 or 2 per cup).
5. Top with the remaining batter and bake at 180℃ for 10 minute
6. If using a bento cup, use a muffin pan that wont allow the cups to spread out too wide. You can also use pudding cup
7. If using sturdy paper muffin cups, you dont need to use a muffin or pudding pan.
8. This is what it looks like when cut (with one piece of chocolate).
9. By replacing the cocoa powder with milk cocoa powder, you can make the muffin on the right. The pancake mix makes it sweet, so children love it, too.
