Yes I know, you dont have to tell me to cover my face I am already doing it. Can you just imagine that this is the first jollof spaghetti recipe I am posting on the blog. Its actually the second pasta recipe I have ever posted on the blog.

Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetable Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got its name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice. The Ingredients needed to make Spaghetti jollof with grilled gizzard:

1. You need of Spaghetti
2. It’s of Grilled Gizzard
3. Prepare of Red and green pepper
4. Prepare of Hot pepper
5. It’s of Onions
6. You need of Curry
7. You need of Maggi
8. Prepare of Oil
9. You need of Ginger and garlic

I used to cook it with all kinds of protein; from dry fish to liver to shaki. Yes Shaki 🙂 And for this recipe, I kind of recreated my recipe with a little improvement on the sauce and technique. I used to make my Jollof pasta differently. Jollof spaghetti is spaghetti cooked in tomato sauce and spices just like one would cook jollof rice but using spaghetti instead.

Step to make Spaghetti jollof with grilled gizzard:

1. Blend red pepper,onion and hot pepper together
2. Heat oil in a pot and fry the blended pepper,add the spices and fry.
3. Add maggi and water,bring to a boil and add spaghetti
4. Cook until spaghetti is cooked and add grilled gizzards,garnish with sliced green pepper. Enjoy
