  2. Prepare 1 tsp of Unsalted butter (or margarine)
  3. It’s 1 tsp of Parsley
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Soy sauce
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of Salt
Step to make Western-style Onigiri (Rice Ball) with Butter and Soy Sauce:
  1. Finely chop the parsley. If rice is cold, microwave it.
  2. Drop butter into rice and mix well.
  3. Add the parsley, soy sauce, salt and mix. Taste and adjust the saltiness as needed. Divide into 2 portions and shape into rice ball
