How to make veg lollipop - Veg lollipop is an Indo- Chinese starter.

The Ingredients needed to make Veg Chinese lollipop:
- It’s 4/5 of boiled medium size potato
- You need 3 tsp of cornflour
- Prepare 1 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- Prepare as required of Oil
- Prepare of Vegetables
- Prepare -1cup of Carrots finally chopped
- Prepare 1 cup of Capsicum finally chopped
- Prepare 1 cup of Cabbage
- You need 1cup of French Beans-finally chopped
- Prepare 1/2cup of Onion finally chopped
- It’s 2 tsp of Ginger,garlic finally grated
- Prepare 2/3 of Green chillies chopped
- You need of Spices
- You need as per taste of Salt
- It’s 1 tsp of Black pepper
- You need as per required of Red chilli powder
- It’s of To prepare sauce
- Prepare 1 tsp of ginger, garlic paste
- Prepare 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
- Prepare 2 tbsp of schezwan sauce
- You need 2 tbsp of soya sauce
- You need Pinch of salt
- Prepare 2 tbsp of oil
- Prepare as required of Red food colour little bit (opt)
- It’s 5/6 tsp of water
- Prepare of Others
- Prepare sticks of Ice-cream
- You need as required of Silver paper
- Prepare of Vegeis for decorated salad
- Prepare As required of Green coriander
- Prepare As required of Cabbage
- Prepare as required of Carrots

Step to make Veg Chinese lollipop:
- Mash or grate the potatoes
- Put 2 tsp oil on a hot pan to saute the vegetables
- Add ginger/ garlic paste, stir it, then onion, French Beans,then carrots, then capsicum, and cabbage,stir all step by step from few seconds
- Add salt 1 tsp/as required and 1tsp black pepper powder in it and stir until the veggies will dry.
- Remove pan and keep the veggies at side to cool.
- Take grated potatoes and add bread crumbs, cornflour, 1tsp black pepper powder, some salt. Mix it well.
- Add sauted veggies in it and mix it well. Prepare dough.
- Freeze the dough for some time to hard
- Make balls and give shapes of oval as lollipops and fix the ice cream stick
- Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the lollipop heat oil fully
- Fry them carefully In medium heat otherwise it may be broken
- Place them on a butter paper them,cool them and wrap the sticks with silver paper
- To make sauce-
- Heat 2tsp oil in a pan.
- Add 1tsp ginger garlic paste, stir a little
- Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and shejwan sauce, stir it
- Add 3-4 tap water, stir it
- Add red colour in the sauce, it is optional.
- Grate carrot,cabbage and green coriander to decorate it with salads
