The Ingredients need to make Easy Rice Ball Ochazuke (Rice Porridge) with Shio-Kombu:
  1. You need 5 grams of Shio-kombu
  2. It’s 1 of rice bowls worth; Plain cooked rice
  3. It’s 5 grams of Dried shrimp
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of White sesame seeds
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  6. It’s 2 tsp of Sesame oil (for broiling)
  7. You need 1 grams of Dried bonito flakes
  8. It’s 3 of leaves Mitsuba
  9. Prepare 200 ml of Boiling water
Step to make Easy Rice Ball Ochazuke (Rice Porridge) with Shio-Kombu:
  1. Mix cooked rice together with soy sauce, dried shrimp, and white sesame seed
  2. Form a rice ball from the combined ingredient Heat sesame oil in a pan and broil both sides, enough to brown the surface lightly.
  3. Place the dried bonito flakes in a bowl.
  4. Place your broiled rice ball on top of the bonito flake
  5. Over the rice ball, sprinkle mitsuba chopped into 3 cm lengths and shio-kombu. Pour hot water on top, then serve!
