The Ingredients need to make Easy Rice Ball Ochazuke (Rice Porridge) with Shio-Kombu:
- It’s 5 grams of Shio-kombu
- Prepare 1 of rice bowls worth; Plain cooked rice
- You need 5 grams of Dried shrimp
- It’s 2 tsp of White sesame seeds
- It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
- Prepare 2 tsp of Sesame oil (for broiling)
- Prepare 1 grams of Dried bonito flakes
- Prepare 3 of leaves Mitsuba
- Prepare 200 ml of Boiling water
Step to make Easy Rice Ball Ochazuke (Rice Porridge) with Shio-Kombu:
- Mix cooked rice together with soy sauce, dried shrimp, and white sesame seed
- Form a rice ball from the combined ingredient Heat sesame oil in a pan and broil both sides, enough to brown the surface lightly.
- Place the dried bonito flakes in a bowl.
- Place your broiled rice ball on top of the bonito flake
- Over the rice ball, sprinkle mitsuba chopped into 3 cm lengths and shio-kombu. Pour hot water on top, then serve!
