The Ingredients need to make Wasabi and Shiso Rice Balls:
  1. You need 1 of heaping teaspoon Wasabi
  2. You need 4 of leaves Shiso leaves
  3. Prepare 2 of rice bowls-worth Plain cooked rice
  4. It’s 2 tsp of soy sauce
  5. You need 6 slice of Baked seaweed or flavored seaweed
Step to make Wasabi and Shiso Rice Balls:
  1. Dissolve the wasabi in the soy sauce (tube wasabi is also OK), and put the piping hot rice in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the soy sauce wasabi from step one with the rice.
  3. Finely shred the shiso leaves, and add to the ingredients from Step 2.
  4. Mix the ingredients together from Step 3, wet your hands with water (or salted water), and make the rice ball
  5. Wrap the rice balls with seaweed.
