- It’s 1/2 kg of Mutton liver (Kaliji)

- Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic paste

- Prepare 4 of medium size tomatoes chopped
- It’s 1 of tbdp Garlic paste
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of ginger paste
- You need 1/2 tbsp of chopped green chillies
- It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder
- You need 1 tsp of cumin powder
- You need 1 tsp of karahi masala
- It’s 3 of lemon cut in round shape
- It’s as needed of Salt
- It’s leaves of Mint
Step to make Kaliji (Liver) Karahi Recipe:
- In a bowl add vinegar and garlic paste. Mix it. Add Mix it well and rest for 15 minute
- Wash it properly and put in strainer to remove
- In a pan take oil heat it. Add liver and fry it for 5 minute
- Add ginger garlic paste, and cook for few second Add tomatoes paste, chopped green chillies, salt and cook until tomatoes become soft.
- Add masala and all spices and cook till seperate
- In the last add Lemon and cook for 2-3 minute
- Turn off flame. Transfer to plate, garnish with mint leaves and serve with roti.
