The Ingredients need to make Classic Pork Menudo:
  1. Prepare 1/2 of kilo pork kasim (cut into small cubes)

  3. You need 1 of medium carrot, diced
  4. Prepare 1 of medium potato, diced
  5. You need 1 cup of raisins
  6. Prepare of Tomato paste
  7. You need 1 of onion, chopped
  8. It’s 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  9. Prepare of Pork bullion
  10. You need of Patis and ground pepper to season
Step to make Classic Pork Menudo:
  1. In a medium-sized wok, saute your onion and garlic. Make sure to not burn the garlic.
