The Ingredients need to make Cross Creek Stuffed Burger:
  1. You need of Spicy Chili Aioli
  2. Prepare 2 tablespoons of mayo
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp of mustard (Dijon preferred)
  4. Prepare of salt and pepper
  5. You need of lemon juice
  6. You need 2 of small garlic cloves minced
  7. It’s 1 of of each roasted serrano and fresno chili

  9. It’s 1 lb of ground beef 80/20
  10. It’s 1/4 of onion finely diced
  11. You need 2 of garlic cloves finely diced
  12. It’s of salt and pepper
  13. You need 1 tbls of teriyaki sauce
  14. It’s 1 of egg beaten
  15. You need of cayenne pepper
  16. It’s of paprika
  17. It’s of chopped up cheeses
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup of smoked gouda
  19. You need 1/4 cup of Colby cheese
  20. You need 2 tbls of parmesan
  21. You need of Arugula Greens

  23. It’s 2 tbls of raspberry balsamic or other fruity balsamic

  25. It’s of Garnish
  26. You need of pickles

Step to make Cross Creek Stuffed Burger:
  1. Spicy Chili Aioli Mix everything together in a bowl. cover and set in fridge until plating.
  2. Burger Patty Sauté the onions and garlic with some olive oil. After they are cooked take them off the burner and set aside to cool.
  3. Salt and pepper the ground beef. add cayenne and paprika. add the teriyaki.
  4. Beat the egg and add 1/2 of it and then add remaining if needed.
