The Ingredients need to make Healthy Chicken Teriyaki (with no oil added):
  1. You need 1 of Chicken thigh meat (skin removed)
  2. You need 1 piece of Ginger
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
  4. You need 1 tbsp of Mirin
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Sugar
Step to make Healthy Chicken Teriyaki (with no oil added):
  1. Take the fat off the skinless chicken thigh, and cut into bite-sized piece Finely julienne or grate the ginger. Put the chicken in a non-stick frying pan and cook over high heat.
  2. When the chicken changes color, turn it over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
  3. Push the chicken to one side of the frying pan. Add the ginger to the empty part of the frying pan. Add the ingredients and simmer until bubbly to make the sauce.
  4. Mix the chicken with the teriyaki sauce.
  5. Cook over high heat until theres no excess moisture in the pan and the chicken is shiny.
  6. Serve with mizuna greens or lettuce.
