The Ingredients needed to make Mexican Style Ceviche (Jaiba):
  1. It’s of Imitation Crab Meat 🦀
  2. It’s of Lemons/limes 🍋
  3. It’s of Cucumbers🥒
  4. You need of Tomatoes🍅
  5. Prepare of Cilantro
  6. It’s 1 of Onion
  7. You need of Jalapenos🌶️
  8. You need 2 of avocados 🥑
  9. It’s of Sprinkle garlic salt w/ Parsley (optional)
  10. You need of Tostadas or Tortilla chips
Step to make Mexican Style Ceviche (Jaiba):
  1. Cut up and shred the imitation crab meat.
  2. Slice, Dice, and Chop all your ingredient Discarding the unedible part
  3. Mix ALL ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Juice your lemons/ limes and pour over your mixture. The citrus will marinate and cook the meat on its own.
  5. C With topper or plastic wrap.
  6. Chill it. In refrigerator for 2 hours or more. Or Over night.
  7. Serve with your tostadas, and enjoy.
