  1. In a pan fry, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced onion with cooking oil for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Then add garlic and grated ginger and continue to cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add beef, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir until well combined and allow them to be cooked for 3 minute Add salt, sesame oil and white pepper, stir again. Turn off the heat. Served with rice and garnish with chopped spring onion.
