The Ingredients need to make Kungpao Chicken with vegetables /Chinese recipe:
- It’s of for marination
- Prepare 1 kg of boneless chicken (strips)
- You need 2 tbsp of cornflour
- You need 1 of egg
- Prepare 1 tspn of salt
- You need Half tspn of black pepper powder
- You need of for gravy making
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil
- Prepare 7-8 of button pepper
- Prepare 2-3 tbspn of peanuts
- Prepare 1 of onion in cubes
- It’s 1 of carrot in cubes
- Prepare 2 of capsicum in cubes
- It’s 3 tbspn of oyster sauce
- Prepare 3 tbspn of soya sauce
- It’s 1 tspn of red chilli powder
- Prepare 1 tspn of crushed kashmiri red chilli
- You need 1 tbspn of chopped garlic
- Prepare 1 tbspn of chopped ginger
- Prepare 2 tbsp of corn flour
Step to make Kungpao Chicken with vegetables /Chinese recipe:
- First of all marinate the chicken for 10 minutes
- In a bowl add chicken add egg, corn flour,salt, black pepper powder
- Then in a wok deep fry the marinated chicken make it light golden colour and take it out
- Then in separate wok add 2 tbsp of oil and fry red button peppers make it black in colour fry half minute then take it out
- In the same oil roast the peanuts for half minute and take it out
- Then in the same oil add crushed kashmiri red chilli and 1 tspn red chilli powder stir it
- Then add chopped garlic and ginger stir it
- Then add all the vegetables and mix it all together
- Then add 2 to 3 cups of water
- After one boil add 3 tbspn of oyster sauce and 3 tbspn of soya sauce mix it all together and cover the lid for 5 minutes in medium flame
- Then in half cup of water and 2 tbsp of cornflour and pour the mixture into the gravy
- Then again cover it and simmer for 5 minutes
- Now at the time of serving garnish with fried peanuts and serve with egg fried rice
