  2. Prepare 10 small of Taro root
  3. It’s 3 of Dried shitake mushrooms
  4. Prepare 1/2 of Carrot
  5. Prepare 1 of block, Konnyaku
  6. It’s 1 of block, Tofu
  7. It’s 2 cm of Daikon radish
  8. You need 100 grams of Pork (offcuts)
  9. Prepare 1/2 of ladle, Miso
  10. You need 1 of Shichimi spice (as needed)
  11. Prepare 2 1/2 cup of Water (600 ml)
  12. You need 1 of packet Dashi stock (8 grams)
Step to make Filling Soup with Miso, Pork, and Sweet Potatoes:
  1. Cut sweet potato, carrot, konnyaku, daikon radish, tofu, and taro root into bite sized piece Rehydrate the dried shitake mushroooms and slice.
  2. Heat water and dashi stock in a pot. Add the vegetables and pork. Skim the scum off.
  3. When vegetables have cooked through, dissolve in the miso.
