The Ingredients need to make Fried Chicken with MASECA:
- You need 10 pieces of Chicken
- You need 1 1/2 cup of MASECA Corn Flour
- It’s 3 tablespoons of salt
- You need 3 tablespoons of pepper
- It’s of Oil
Step to make Fried Chicken with MASECA:
- Use a large ziplock bag and add all the dry ingredients and mix around
- Put your rinse and drained THAWED Chicken pieces in the bag, and shake the bag around to get all the mix ingredients on the chicken.
- Let it sit for at least 1 hour in the bag with the dry ingredients
- Heat up your pot or skillet, add plenty of oil (its fried chicken)
- Leave your heat at medium heat and add your chicken pieces, one by one, carefully so you dont get burned.
- Turn your pieces every 7 mins or less until theyre perfectly golden brown all around.
- When desired crunch and golden color is achieved, pull your chicken out and drain excess oil.
- PS do not over crowd your pot of oil with chicken. Its ok to fri in batche
- Youre chicken is all cooked, crunchy, and golden brown ready to be served with your favorite side.. I love mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon 🙈
