- It’s 1 of cup whipping cream
- You need 1 of cup milk
- It’s 3/4 of cup condensed milk
- Prepare 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
- Prepare 4 tbsp of chocolate cake crumbs
- You need 4 tbsp of crushed chocolate cookies
- Prepare 4 tbsp of chocolate sauce
Step to make Cake Cream Crunch Ice-cream:
- Take one cup of chilled whipping cream in a big bowl and whip the cream until soft peaks form.
- Now add milk, condensed milk and powdered sugar to it and mix everything well with a whisk or a spatula. Cover and keep the bowl in the freezer for 3 to 4 hour
- After 3 to 4 hours take out the bowl from the freezer and mix everything well once again with a whisk or a spatula.
- Now in a container, pour half of the mixture and level it. Sprinkle half of the cake crumbs and half of the cookie crush. Drizzle some chocolate sauce. Now at the remaining mix on top and level it and repeat. Cover and freeze it for 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
- Serve chilled with a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
