The Ingredients need to make Crab Shaomai:
  1. You need 300 g of minced pork
  2. You need 20 cm of spring onion
  3. It’s 3 tablespoon of tapioca starch (any starch ok)
  4. You need 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  5. It’s sheet of shaomai
  6. You need 1 of small tin crab
Step to make Crab Shaomai:
  1. Chop spring onion. This is easy way to chop spring onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients with hand.
  3. Make a circle with your thumb and forefinger and place the shaomai sheet on it. Put meat mixture on it and make shape
  4. Steam for 5 minutes in pressure pan or 15 minutes in steam pan.
